Our food philosophy

We will source our ingredients as locally as possible.
We will not use products that contain palm oil.
We will endeavour to use organic ingredients as much as possible.
Our meat will be free range and free from artificial growth promoters and antibiotics.
Our eggs will be organic
We will not use ingredients that contain trans-fats or mechanically recovered meat(MRM)
Our fish will be from sustainable sources
